In a word: balance. For me, N Vision is strongly about balance. We strive to achieve balance between head and heart, cognitive and emotional intelligence, knowing yourself and empathizing with others. Balance means harmony, not in the sense of no conflict or no probing robust dialog – rather in the sense of being in harmony with ourselves, others and the universe.
