everything rises and falls on leadership

Rationale

Shorter product life cycles, the pace of new technologies and knowledge creation, globalization, and the changing nature of the competitive landscape call for organizational leaders who can effectively perform in the ever-changing context of the global business arena.

We at N Vision are convinced that in order to transform themselves and take their leaders to higher levels of performance, organizations need to address both the tangible reality of business, the immediately measurable bottom-line reality and the intangible reality, the often less visible human attitudinal and relationship reality.

Our approach to developing superior leadership is based on the following seven principles:

  1. leaders can be grown
  2. leadership and change are inseparable
  3. leaders at every level develop other leaders
  4. leaders are driven by self-development
  5. leaders need to be authentic in order to inspire and motivate
  6. leaders face reality and have a bias for action
  7. leaders focus continuously on people, change & results

The N Vision Leadership Learning Framework

Leading Self - Leading Others - Leading Organizations Leading Self Leading Others Leading Organizations

In the first, fundamental stage Leading Self, leaders get to know themselves, learn to tap into their potential intuitive and creative capabilities and then to trust their instincts. In the second stage Leading Others , leaders develop the ability to build close and lasting relationships with others. They learn how to energize and inspire people in order to lead change more effectively and achieve or exceed targeted business results. Finally, in the third stage Leading Organizations, leaders learn to challenge and question their existing mindsets and emotional templates and evolve their thinking from a functional leadership perspective to a holistic, organizational leadership perspective. They learn to develop their leadership priorities focusing on areas such as vision and values, strategy and execution, culture development and communication, leadership development, executive learning and talent management.
