We are looking for
Senior Leadership Development Consultants
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients and achieving specific business development targets
- Engaging in robust dialogs with our global learning partners to design state-of-the-art leadership development programs
- Delivering cutting-edge learning initiatives for strategic and executive leadership levels
- Providing executive coaching services to internationally active managers and global executives
- Contributing to the strategic corporate development and shaping the future of N Vision
To work in this challenging position you should feel passionately about leadership development and be ready to roll up your sleeves to engage with head and heart.
Your profile :
- 10 years+ of business/HR/leadership development experience
- Experience in design & delivery of leadership development solutions that lead to sustainable personal and business profit
- High degree of personal awareness
- Successful history of working with top decision makers and high level executives
- Proven track record in consultative selling and client relationship management
- Excellent command of English and German – a third language is desirable
